The Battle of Aksu (May 31, 1933) was a minor battle when Chinese Muslim troops were driven out from the Aksu oases of Xinjiang by Uighurs when they rebelled.[1] Isma'il Beg, a uighur, became the rebel Tao-yin of Aksu.[2]
